Dev Log 7


Some adjustments we wanted to make based on feedbacks we got from our alpha model:

- adding red velvet rope stanchion in front of canons to make more sense (kind of like a museum)

- polish menu screen, level progress bar, get down timer to change the lack of game UI 

- decided to get rid of anvil as our obstacle in order to match the theme 

- add some ragdoll effect for cannon and bomb deaths

- Looney tunes esque spotlight transition for level completion

- Replace toilet at end of level with staircase

- Different visual representation for AoE obstacles

      - Caution tape around it

            - Potentially with a gap in the tape to indicate the player can go through it

            - Maybe danger-ahead sign

- Replace moveTarget cylinder with lead agent

- Increase get down cooldown so you cant just keep using it

- move camera down when "get down" is pressed

Will be working on implementing the feedbacks we got however, we found that moving camera down is too challenging to implement so we decided to do a camera shake instead.
